Motivation

How do you ladies (and gentlemen?) keep your motivation up when you're on a plateau?

I'm within 2lbs of the same weight I've been oscillating around for the past four months, and nothing I do seems to be helping. (Of course, I will admit my exercise routine could use, y'know, starting.)

How do you keep up your motivation?

I try to figure out how to work exercise into my day so I don't have to think about it. I ride my bike to work, go running at lunch, go to a class right after work before I go home, etc. By working it into my day I don't need to get up the motivation to do it, I just do it.
