Here at losealittle we are about healthy, gradual weight-loss, exercise, and eating better. We are not about crash diets, eating disorders or looking skeletal. Though our target audience is women with 5-20 lbs to lose, men are welcome, and it doesn't really matter what your starting weight is as long as you actually have weight to lose or healthy aims. (If you are 5'6" and 130 lbs I am reasonably sure you don't need to lose weight. But we will help you eat better if you want.:))
